Group, Meeting and Event Request Form vs CoreUnite Desk
The event request form is currently accessible for customers in 2 ways;
1. by clicking on Events from the left menu in Zii
2. by accessing the link (provided by CoreUnite) directly

For every new submission, a new ticket is created in the CoreUnite desk in Zoho. Zoho will integrate all the fields it can as per the form.
The subject will contain the name of the company as well as the start date of the event.

The Group ID (mandatory field) will be set to tdb to start with. It is very important to edit the ticket and enter the correct Group ID which will simplify reporting later.

Once the Group ID has been entered, you may want to reply to the group organizer (by clicking on Reply All in the conversation window) to provide them with the ticket number associated to the main ticket of the event.
